Our Responsibilities
Damage Responsibility: We are 100% responsible for any damage due to due to negligence on our part.
Clear Marking: Pacific Posts will not be responsible for any damages due to the booking agent not providing a clear marked out area for installation. We do our best to use our judgement when a making is not provided but in the case of an incident, the client may incur costs.
30-Day Guarantee: All work is guaranteed for 30 days after installation.
Free Storage: Free storage of your signs.
Digital Confirmation: Digital confirmation for all service requests.
Customer Responsibilities
Inventory Care: Customers are responsible for any damaged or missing inventory.
Post Integrity: Customers agree not to stick anything on the posts not supplied by us.
Authorized Installation: Installations and removals must be done by our staff; unauthorized moves will incur charges.
City Property: Customers requesting installs on city property are responsible for any fines.
Payment: Customers agree to pay the outstanding balance within 14 days of the invoice to avoid late penalties.
